I had a cold climate heat pump installed by the Degrazia home comfort a few weeks ago. Mike and his helper Sam showed up on time, were friendly and professional. They were careful not to damage anything in my home and once the installation was completed, they were meticulous in the cleanup. Mike called me a few days later to make sure everything was working properly and it was. Mike and his team came over first thing in the morning and Diagnosed the issue with our furnace, They then provided us with a clear understanding of the cost to replace a part and install it on the furnace. They were able to get the part straight away and install it and provide us with heat again in a home! We work in the construction field and it was easy, quick and reliable service.
